How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
Floodolympics Pest Control does not have a crew that comes to your house. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent pest control or wildlife removal provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. They run their own schedule, set their own prices and do the work themselves.
What happens on the call
Expect a short, friendly chat. The provider will likely ask:
- What pest did you see, and where?
- When did you first notice it?
- Have you seen droppings, chew marks, nests or damage?
- What type of home is it, and does it have a basement or crawl space?
- Have you tried anything yourself?
This is where your photos and notes pay off. Snap it, note it. A clear record helps the provider judge the job and plan a visit. Request a callback to check which provider is available near you.
What to ask a provider
You are hiring someone to work in your home. Ask plenty of questions.
- Are you licensed for this work in Massachusetts? Rules vary by state and by job.
- What will the visit include? Ask if there is an inspection and what it covers.
- What products will you use? Ask about pets, kids and food areas.
- What will I need to do to prepare? Some jobs need cleared floors or washed bedding.
- Will I get a written quote? Costs vary by job, so get the price and scope in writing before work starts.
- Is there a follow-up plan? Many pests need more than one visit.
- Can you help me document damage? Providers can often help with notes and photos for an insurance claim. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy.
You are in control
Talking to a provider does not lock you in. Compare what you hear. Ask for a second opinion if something feels off. Say no if the plan does not fit.
Know when to stop. If you are unsure about a product, a nest or a wall opening, wait for the provider. Keep your photos, quotes and receipts in one folder. That paperwork helps with any later conversation about repairs or claims.
