How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Floodolympics Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Floodolympics Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Floodolympics Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Massachusetts.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@floodolympics.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
